The Montrose Settlements Restoration Program (MSRP) has full-time staff that develops and implements restoration projects aimed at restoring natural resources that were directly or indirectly harmed by DDT and PCB contamination. MSRP provides the necessary funding to partners that implement these vital restoration projects. The projects are located within the Southern California Bight and coastal areas in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

MSRP largely works through partnerships with non-profit organizations, academic institutions, and state/federal agencies to implement restoration projects. MSRP partners provide valuable expertise and are vital to the success of the restoration programs.
